Q: How do I check the status of my online order?
A:

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order is received and again when it is processed and shipped. If you are a member, you can log into your account to view your current and past orders. If you checked out as a guest, you can click here to view your current order status.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and our Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse Gift Card.
Q: Can I use my coupon to make a purchase online?
A: Of course you can. If you have a promotional code, you may redeem it during the checkout process to take full advantage of the special offer. If you have previously set up an account, sign in and go to "My Bag", and enter the code there.
Q: How do I track my package?
A: When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the FedEx tracking number for your package(s). Shipment progress may be viewed directly from the carrier's site by clicking on the tracking number link. You may also contact Customer Care at 1-800-248-0881.
Q: Can you ship my order outside of the United States?
A: We currently only ship to locations within the continental United States.
Q: How do I return an item I purchased online?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it, we will gladly accept your unworn merchandise within 60 days. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page page for detailed information.
Q: Will sales tax be applied to my online order?
A: OffBroadwayShoes.com is required by law to charge applicable sales tax on merchandise, gift cards and shipping fees for orders shipped to any state in which we have store locations or other operations.

Gift Cards

Q: Do you offer Gift Cards?
A: Absolutely! Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse gift cards never expire, have no fees and are redeemable both in-store and online.
Gift cards have no value until purchased. Gift cards do not expire and are not subject to any fees. Gift cards are not a deposit or an asset account. Gift cards are a prepayment of goods and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Reload your card, check your balance or make a purchase at Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse.
Q: How do I check the balance on my gift card?
