1. How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order is received and again when it is processed and shipped. If you are a member, you can log into your account to view your current and past orders. If you checked out as a guest, you can click here to view your current order status. Should there be an unforeseen delay in processing your order, you will also receive e-mail notification of this.
2. Is my credit card information secure?
At Off Broadway Shoes, we take every precaution to ensure that your personal information is safe with us. Every step of our online ordering process that involves credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.
3. What are the Customer Service hours of operation?
Feel free to call us anytime during the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 10pm EST
Saturday: 10am - 8pm EST
Sunday: 12pm - 8pm EST
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and our Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse Gift Card.
5. How do I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the FedEx tracking number for your package(s). Click on the link to check the status of your order. You can also give us a call at 1-800-248-0881.
6. Where can I find the nearest store location?
Just click the “Store Locator” link at the top left corner of the page and select the state and city or zip code for the desired location.
7. What are the benefits of signing up for your Rewards Program?
As the saying goes, membership has its privilidges. As a member of our Rewards Program, you can earn points toward rewards from purchases, create a wish list, store your shipping info, track orders online and view order history.
8. What is your pricing policy?
We aim to provide the very lowest possible prices for all of our customers and strive for accuracy in our advertised prices. There are times, however, that errors occur relating to pricing and availability. If an item you purchased has been reduced in price, please bring it back to the store with your receipt within 10 days of purchase and we will happily adjust the sale price for you.
9. How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it, we will gladly accept your unused merchandise. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page for detailed information.
10. Will sales tax be applied to my online order?
OffBroadwayShoes.com is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to any state in which we have store locations or other operations. Sales tax is applicable on shipping fees.
11. Do you offer Gift Cards?
Absolutely! Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse gift cards never expire, have no fees and are redeemable both in-store and online. To purchase an item online using a gift card, please enter the PIN #, which is located on the back of the card under the silver scratch-off box when checking out in “My Bag.” Please note that sales tax may apply.
12. Can I use my coupon to make a purchase online?
Of course you can. If you have a promotional code, you may redeem it during the checkout process to take full advantage of the special offer. If you have previously set up an account, sign in and go to “My Bag,” and enter the code there.
